Hi, I’m Raylene

I deeply believe in your body’s incredible ability to restore and heal itself.

After 40 years working in the airline industry, caring for people in high-pressure environments, I’ve always been drawn to helping others feel safe, supported, and at ease. Over time, I began to see how much the body holds — and how powerful it is when it’s given the space to release and heal.

After experiencing the transformation that Spinal Flow brought to my own health, I felt called to train in this work so I could support others in the same way.

As a certified Spinal Flow practitioner, I offer a gentle, supportive approach to help your body release stress, find balance, and return to a natural state of flow.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to every session, creating a space where your body can truly relax and let go.

My intention is simple — to help you reconnect with your body’s own healing ability, so you can feel more at ease, more energised, and more like yourself again.

Stress, emotional strain, and life experiences can become stored in the body — showing up as tension, pain, fatigue, or that feeling of being “not quite yourself.”
